There is so much richness in the gifts of every human being. We are called to step into the light of our purpose, to challenge and question our fears and the fears of those around us. We want to foster a spirit of growth and development, create space for individuals to believe in the possibility and probability of greater than “self”. It is our passion to engage our fellow human beings on a journey where they Bear Fruit.

This is my invitation. This is my expectation. This is my dream. Join the journey to explore self, build stronger and more inclusive teams, seek ways to innovate, and design new ways to be in service to fellow team members and customers. Our partnership builds servant leaders who embrace Daring to Bear Fruit to achieve personal and professional goals.

My Fruit is revealed through writing, training, coaching, and consulting. I love creating experiences to connect with people. Love building bridges through words, education, listening, and providing guidance. There is much Fruit to Bear when we seek the opportunity to be uncomfortable in our journey towards being comfortable. Our Fruit is in the willingness to risk who we are and how we are destined to lead! 

Daring to Bear Fruit is about evolving. Our evolution must be tested on the battleground of our minds, forged by life experiences, and delivered through RESILIENCE!

There are some seasons in our lives where the frost comes and the likelihood of a harvest is abysmal. When we know we are the branch and the Vine is our source, we can dig deep to find who and what feeds our soul.
